A very crucial and sensible topic was once raised by an intellect known as Mary Parker Follett. He very well raises the concern about owning the authority and raised the question to the businesses that who should own the decision making power, should it lie with the so called managers or it should be transferred to the people who are actually working and have all the knowledge and skill set about the work.

Hello Allison,I love the 2nd image that you did! I also, had never heard of SumoPaint, is something that I will have to exolpre a bit!
