• After making necessary revisions, provides back the final sample solution at least 1 day before the deadline

2. Live Assignment Help 

• Send a request using the contact form on Home > Assignment Help page, specifying the time frame within which you would like to have a video chat with the tutor, the topic on which you need help and the specific question on which assistance is required
• Our tutor will send you a video-meeting invite using DimDim as well as the invoice
• At the specified time, both you and the tutor will join the video chat and solve the question using our state-of-the art white board, chat room and presentation tools
• User can rate the tutor’s overall ability for our feedback

3. Online Tutoring 

• User sends the query for online tutoring and receives a reply from HwA helpdesk
• User purchases a tutoring pack for either 30 minutes, 45 minutes or 60 minutes to get tuitions on any subject
• HwA helps the student schedule the classes and assigns a tutor
• HwA sends a video meeting request to the student
• At the agreed upon time, the student and tutor interact to solve the problems at hand using state-of-the-art whiteboard, presentations, documents and chat
