Control Chart for Achieving Productivity of 120 Transactions Per Day

A company in the finance sector needs to improve the productivity of employees who process transactions requested by the general public. Complaints had been received from customers because of the excessive time taken to complete the transactions. A backlog had built up but has just been cleared by working every Saturday and an occasional Sunday. The only information available is the average number of transactions processed per employee for each of the last 26 days and the date. The number of employees remained constant.     Hello Allison,I love the 2nd image that you did! I also, had never heard of SumoPaint, is something that I will have to exolpre a bit! I understand completely the 52 (or so) youtube videos that you probably watched. Sometimes they have what you want, sometimes they don't!
