Question
Managing Quality
Westover Electrical, Inc. is a medium-size Houston manufacturer of wire windings used in making electric motors. Joe Wilson, VP operations, has experienced an increasing problem with rejected product found during the manufacturing operation. "I’m not sure where to begin," admitted Joe at the weekly meeting with his boss. "Rejects in the Winding Department have been killing us the past two months. Nobody in operations has any idea why. I have just brought in a consultant, Roger Gagnon, to take a look at the situation and make recommendations about how we can find out what is going on. I don’t expect Roger to make technical recommendations–just see if he can point us in the right direction."
Gagnon’s first stop later that day was the production floor. His discussions with the production supervisors in the Winding Department indicated that they had no real grasp of what the problem was or what to do to correct it. A tour of the winding operation indicated that there were three machines that wound wire onto plastic cores to produce the primary and secondary electric motor windings. After inspection by quality control (QC), these windings then went to the Packaging Department. Packaging personnel, Gagnon found, inspect their own work and make corrections on the spot. The problem is that too many windings are found to be defective and require reworking before they can be packaged.
Gagnon’s next stop was the Quality Control Department, where he obtained the records for the past month’s Winding Department rejects.

When the time came to do my final year research dissertation I came across HwA who not only helped me to write the paper but also at the same time enlightened me about the process of writing a proper research paper. I understood the basic difference between an essay and a research paper, thanks to the research paper writing experts of HwA.
The services of HwA are 100% reliable and they always deliver the electric field assignment within the deadline given by me. The research work and reference is always very precise and original. I have never had any complaints with regards to the quality and originality of the work.
Most other online HRM tutoring services I have used were basically one way communication with the tutor simply providing with the cut and dried answers to the questions without really going to the heart of the questions. The online HRM tutor at HwA were different in the sense that they were more focused on helping me actually understand the subject and guiding me to write the HRM assignment and HRM homework rather than providing readymade solutions. Each HRM Online Tutoring session was a two way communication that helped me get even the minutest doubts cleared and understand the underlying concepts of the theories better.
I desperately needed help to understand the topics under public works engineering and did not know where to turn to. Thankfully one of my friends suggested taking the online civil engineering tutoring sessions with HwA. The online tutors not only helped me understand the concepts but also provided reference material and notes to write the assignment essays.
"I knew my research proposal needs to be fantastic to create the first impression. I am a regular client of HelpWithAssingment.com and things worked out fine. Not only did they help me identify the topic but also at the same time they wrote a fantastic research proposal which had impressed my professor very much

Hello Allison,I love the 2nd image that you did! I also, had never heard of SumoPaint, is something that I will have to exolpre a bit! I understand completely the 52 (or so) youtube videos that you probably watched. Sometimes they have what you want, sometimes they don't! However, it is always satisfying when you are able to produce something that you have taught yourself. Great job!Debra 0 likes
