During a heated argument with his wife —Marge- in their backyard, Homer punched Marge on her face. She fell down onto the swimming pool. Visibly angry, Homer left the house and went to Moe’s Tavern to drink some beer. Mr. Flanders, their next-door neighbour called an ambulance. The paramedics found Marge barely alive, floating in the backyard swimming pool. The paramedics attempted to resuscitate her. A tracheal tube was forced into her throat to open her airways and she was given CPR. In spite of the efforts, Marge died. During the subsequent investigations, it was found that Marge died due to the injuries to her neck caused by the aggressive insertion of a tracheal tube. It was also proved that there was only a moderate amount of water in her lungs; which did not, in the opinion of the forensic pathologist, cause her death. Analyze whether Homer committed murder. Assume that murder is defined as the “intentional killing of another human being.” Every other aspect of the murder offence, including degrees, is as defined in the Canadian Criminal Code. 2.

    Hello Allison,I love the 2nd image that you did! I also, had never heard of SumoPaint, is something that I will have to exolpre a bit! I understand completely the 52 (or so) youtube videos that you probably watched. Sometimes they have what you want, sometimes they don't!
