Using your experience from practice, focus on a person you have been involved in caring for.  Using evidence based sources, give a comprehensive overview of the selected health condition, including prevalence and possible causes.

Part B

Demonstrate your knowledge and understanding of the care planning process.  You will need to focus on ONE aspect of the patients care plan in detail and evaluate care outcomes

    Hello Allison,I love the 2nd image that you did! I also, had never heard of SumoPaint, is something that I will have to exolpre a bit! I understand completely the 52 (or so) youtube videos that you probably watched. Sometimes they have what you want, sometimes they don't!
