a.Create a 6 x 4 matrix of uniformly distributed random numbers.
b. Create a 3 x 6 matrix of normally distributed random numbers.
c. Create a 2- dimensional output matrix by multiplying the matrices together.
d. Determine the position (row and column) of the maximum value in the output matrix from part c.
