Question
On July 2, Curran, a sales representative for the Bright Lighting Company, obtained a written order from Watts for a generator suitable for his farmhouse. A few hours later Watts phoned Curran and told him that he had changed his mind and wanted to cancel the order. Curran told Watts that it was too late, since the order had already been mailed to the offices of the Bright Lighting Company. Watts replied that as far as he was concerned, “the deal is off.” On July 10 Bright Lighting Company wrote to Watts acknowledging receipt of his order the equipment was shipped to Watts on July 30, but Watts refused to accept delivery. Bright Lighting Company then sued Watts on the contract it claimed to have with him. Discuss the main arguments that could be made by each side and the probable result.

Hello Allison,I love the 2nd image that you did! I also, had never heard of SumoPaint, is something that I will have to exolpre a bit!
