1. Using “method of payment” as your variable,
(a) make percent frequency distribution table. How would you classify these data?
(b) make a pie graph for the method of payments and state why is it an appropriate graph in this situation.
2. Use “age” as your new variable now. What type of data is it?
(a) Calculate the mean and the standard deviation using raw data.
(b) Create grouped frequency distribution for these data. Use Sterges’s rule to calculate an appropriate number of classes.
(c) Recalculate the mean and the standard deviation this time using grouped frequency distribution.
(d) Using original data, find the values of the median, first and third quartiles (don’t use excel for this question, it does not provide correct results)
(e) Make box-and whiskers plot for this variable, comment on the shape of the distribution.
(f) Make a table to show what percent of data lies within one, two and three standard deviations of the mean. Compare your results to empirical rule and make your conclusion.
(g) Make a cumulative percentage polygon for these data. What does this graph describe?
(h) If you were the manager of one of the chain’s store, what practical conclusion would you draw from these data analysis?
(i) If the ages of the customers are normally distributed with the mean of 45 years and the standard deviation of 12 years, find:
1) what present of customers are between 35 and 50 years old?
2) what is the minimum age of the oldest 12 % of the customers?
Summary
The question belongs to Statistics and it discusses about making frequency distribution table, pie graph and calculate mean, standard deviation and use Sterges’ rule to calculate appropriate number of classes for the given data.

I needed someone with the knowledge of the subject of Atomic Theory to write my research paper and not just produce an essay with generic copy-paste material gotten from the internet. Even though I was a bit apprehensive to use an online service for writing my atomic theory research paper I must say TheReliableTutor with their panel of excellent chemistry experts put my fears to ease. I will definitely recommend you to my friends.
While I took occasional help for my different assignments from TheReliableTutors, I kept on wondering whether they could actually help with my dissertation paper. When I first approached them, they sounded confident and they already knew what is needed to be done. That was very relieving as even before my professor told me what to be done next, the thesis help tutor knew what to do. I have got an “A†in my master’s dissertation report and now I have assigned them by PhD thesis paper also.
I thank TheReliableTutor.com for helping me to complete my biochemistry assignment on time. I was given assignment on DNA polymerases which is very interesting if you know basic concepts of it. The experts taught me right from the basics and helped me to get good grades in my assignment. Thanks for the support guys..!!!
The prices for the assignment help at HwA are very reasonable and the quality of electric field assignment writing that I received was of a very high quality. There is never any compromise in the quality of work by the electric field assignment experts and they are extremely professional in their approach to any kind of electric field assignment questions.
The most fascinating thing is how they actually respond to quick demand. It was a classic mistake! The actual deadline of my ratio analysis assignment was on 16th and I mentioned to them that it is 26th. Just when I had pinged them on 14th, they instantly delivered me the accounting homework by 15th evening. I was so relieved and thrilled to get a A in the same.

Hello Allison,I love the 2nd image that you did! I also, had never heard of SumoPaint, is something that I will have to exolpre a bit! I understand completely the 52 (or so) youtube videos that you probably watched. Sometimes they have what you want, sometimes they don't! However, it is always satisfying when you are able to produce something that you have taught yourself. Great job!Debra 0 likes
