Calculate Angle of Hill based on the energy consumed to pump water up the hill

Water is pumped from a valley lake to a hill-top community, high above the valley. The pipe diameter is constant and the pump is located in the middle of the pipeline. Energy dissipated by friction is transferred to the surroundings through the pipe wall. The required water flow rate is 900 gal/min with a pump that provides 100 horsepower (hp). The pipe is 10 inches in diameter and rises at an angle of 40° (remember your trigonometry!). If the friction loss ?? (ft•lb f/lb m) is 0.03L (L is the length of pipe in units of ft), calculate the elevation of the hill-top community.
