In the 4th Quarter of 2015, she even rented a unit in Cause way Bay and determined to build it into flagship café shop under Top Café Company. She plans to recruit 2 part-time baristas to serve at Wan Chai shop so as to release her to look after the flagship café in Causeway Bay when it opens in Mid-2016.
She did try to source candidates via her friends, relatives and even vocational schools and train them to become barista, but receive nil reply from them. Finally, she was able to hire 2 guards from her residential estate as part-time baristas to commerce duty in mid-March 2016.
