Summary
The case study belongs to Corporate Strategy and it is about RACC. RACC or Retail Automobil Club de Catalunya was facing an important challenge and it needed to update its strategic planning process for the years 2008 – 2013. The previous strategy of bottom-up approach had to be redesigned to gain competitive market advantage.

Hello Allison,I love the 2nd image that you did! I also, had never heard of SumoPaint, is something that I will have to exolpre a bit! I understand completely the 52 (or so) youtube videos that you probably watched. Sometimes they have what you want, sometimes they don't!
