Report on Consumer Behaviour for a Certain Market or an Industry (Consumer Electronics and Apple)

Choose a consumer brand that you are familiar with and write an approximately 1500 word long report. The report, should demonstrate a thorough understanding of the consumers and the market place which the company operates in.

A) Outline the approach the company may have used to segment the market that it operates in. Describe the type or types of consumer that the company targets (using demographics, geographic psychographic and behavioural/needs terms).
B) Describe what the products are used for by the consumer and why the consumer buys their products. How does the company appeal to its consumers?
C) Detail how an individual consumer relates to the company/product through all steps of the Buyer Decision Making Process.
