The case study belongs to Economics. Citizen Gas Company is a medium sized company with customers from residential, commercial and industrial sectors. While residential customers are the biggest users, their usage of gas is dependent on climate. But, for commercial and industrial customers, the usage is more or less constant. In the recent years, due to some reasons, the company has been losing customers and supply has exceeded and now the company wants to sell the excess gas without incurring losses.
