- Assuming that the reaction is first order with rate constant k1, derive an expression for the liquid-phase. Sherwood number for species A, valid for large x. Examine the limiting behavior of ShA for slow and fast reactions.
- Repeat part (a) for a zeroth order reaction with rate k0 Falling liquid film, with absorption of species A from the gas.
